After two days at Anuga 2025, held in Cologne (Germany), the most important European food fair, which alternates with Sial Paris on a biannual basis, we are facing what is possibly the busiest day. After a fairly quiet Saturday and a much better Sunday, Monday looks set to be the star day.
This year, our colleague Mario Ferrer Manero from Tarsis Nuts, a company belonging to our group, has the pleasure of visiting. It is always a pleasure to meet those we do not see regularly and to learn about possible collaborations or synergies that may arise. It is also very good to get a direct feel for the pulse of the sector at key dates, specially at a time when the market is uncertain.
