Last week we visited Andalucía from east to west, southern Portugal, Extremadura and a little bit of Castilla La Mancha. The reason for the visit was to observe the progress of flowering, check how the rains and floods in some areas in the south have affected it, and visit some companies in the area with whom we work and some with whom we do not.
It has been many kilometres and many visits. But we ended up very happy to see that the blossoming is spectacular. We have not seen any area where the view is not picture-perfect. The truth is that all the factors have come together to make this happen (cold hours, trees rested in southern areas, abundant water, temperatures and conditions during flowering...).
We have also observed that everything has exploded at once and there is not much difference between earlier or later varieties, or between one area and another. Everything is progressing at the same pace.
Let's not take anything for granted. For now, everything points to a considerable harvest, but there is still a long way to go. Possible frosts, especially in March and April, excessive heat waves during the summer, heavy and prolonged rainfall during the harvest... let's not take anything for granted.
We will soon visit the Mediterranean region, the rest of Castilla La Mancha and Aragon. But the information we are receiving is similar to what we have seen.

We await with pleasure the opportunity to greet you
